[..] Definition of "work" from here on out: (Noun) product of personal effort, exertion or action; (verb) exertion or effort to produce or accomplish something; productive or operative activity.; "Art" and "work" may be used synonymously, to encompass any works of mine.

[..] Definition of copyright: (noun) the exclusive right to make copies, license, and otherwise exploit a literary, musical, or artistic work, whether printed, audio, video, etc.; (adjective) of or pertaining to copyrights; protected by copyright.

[..] All art is copyright to myself, known as Reigne Wolvenshire(™), and is not free to alter, reuse or redistribute for any reason without my personal publicly expressed permission. Where reposted, you must credit me (as "Reigne Wolvenshire") as the artist, and provide a full link back to the original post (assuming I am allowed to post the work) as well as my page, with the exception of an in-site ability to link to an artist which works just as well as a full link. Please do not claim to have created the artwork, nor any original designs if you have not.

[..] Do not crop out, remove, distort, make unclear, cover, or alter my signature or other personal marks indicating I have done the work, nor the dates. It must be clearly and unmistakably viewable. I may make exceptions in specific cases where I will write and record my given permission and the person or people involved where you can move and/or very mildly alter my signature in case of coloring or digitizing my work. However, it must always remain as visible and legible as I originally intended it to be.

For Commissioners & Character Owners:

[..] Your Rights as a Commissioner/Character Owner: You will always hold the right to your intellectual property (your characters, species, worlds, stories, etc.) and hold the right to where they are posted. If you do not wish for me to post or share your art, you have the right to tell me to do so. This right to your intellectual property trumps my rights to post my artwork. This includes if you wish for it to be taken down later after it has been posted. In the case you post my work but I may not, you must still link back to my profile.

[..] For custom characters and adoptables acquired from me that I have created: You are now the full owner of the intellectual property I have given you. You may use however you wish, including trading, reselling, gifting, and so on. Crediting is fine but unnecessary (because I know how annoying it can be to remember to credit the original designer on every single picture).

[..] You have the right to your privacy and personal information. I will never share any details with anyone I have learned about you. Anything you tell me is in full confidence.

[..] You have the right to request a refund, as well as receive the refund in a reasonable amount of time (within a week of your request). Refunds will not be given after commission has been delivered (of course).

[..] You have the right to be treated with respect.

[..] You have the right to: know the progress of your commission; preview your art before completion; ask for changes for the commission work; have say in the details of your commission; be satisfied with your commission by the time it is completed; responses from the artist within a reasonable amount of time (within days to a week); good communication with the artist about your commission; and generally have a decent experience with the artist and commission process. 

I will inform you of any hiccups and bumps in the road in the case of delays for your commission’s progress. I will let you know when I have started, when I need or desire your input, and when I have finished (which you will also have a say in if you would like). You can ask me to stream your commission while I work on it if you would like. =)

[..] You have the right to ask for a commission to be posted anonymously! 

[..]You have the right to ask for the commission to not be posted at all.

[..] I reserve the right to decline a commission or commissioner within reason. I reserve the right to blacklist people who are particularly less than respectful. 

[..] Respect entails, but not limited to: not pushing me if I say that I can't do something; not mocking, harassing, or belittling me, nor anyone or anything relating to me and my work, be my work or its contents, my patrons, anyone in association with me, or elsewise; generally not being malicious. Politeness, friendliness, and good manners are welcome.

[..] Feel free to repost on your personal or character-related website, Second Life profile and Picks, and art page sites as long as you credit me as the artist and link back to me (respectively to each site) as well as link my original post. I will never remove my art (unless the character owners wish it to be removed, of course) so there should always be a link available for the original posting.

[..] I won't mail your commissioned traditional work to you. Commissioned works will be uploaded for you to see. However, I will e-mail the original file to you on request. (Note: I keep my traditional works stored with the rest of my traditional drawings. I don’t sell them.)

[..] You get what you pay for, which is work done by me. All payments are final. If you withhold your payment, I withhold your commission.

[..] If you are under the age of 18, you may not have sexual nor adult-rated art from me of any kind, as per the law of the United States of America. If I find you are lying, I will revoke any rights to the art I have done, and you will be BANNED from ever having art from me again. You will also be reported to the respective website's authority in full detail.

Furthermore, I am not held responsible for any harm that may be done through the use of my work. I do not allow nor condone the use of my work in any malicious nor harmful way. I hereby release myself of any responsibility of these works in the hands of others, forthwith.

I will only ever do work of others’ intellectual property with consent and permission from the owners, for individual instances. 

Any of my personal creations that may have resemblance to pre-existing characters is purely coincidental and unintentional (unless otherwise stated).

I withdraw responsibility in the case of any unknown variables that prevent me from making a knowledgeable and well-informed choice in regards to my art.

I will never knowingly give inappropriate material to a minor.

I reserve the right to allow the “human factors” to affect my work; e.g. health, environment, technology mishaps.
